As an orthopedic spine surgeon, Dr. Vickery’s approach to patient care is grounded in compassion, communication, and trust. He believes in exhausting all appropriate conservative treatments before considering surgery, ensuring that every decision is guided by the latest evidence-based research. He treats each patient as he would his own family—with honesty, empathy, and respect—and he’s committed to being his patient’s strongest advocate throughout their journey, whether or not surgery becomes part of their treatment. Dr. Vickery’s goal is to support each patient every step of the way, helping them make informed decisions and working together toward the best possible outcome.
Outside of medicine, his family is his priority. He is happily married with a young son and a baby girl on the way. He and his family love spending time outdoors, especially on the water—swimming, boating, and fishing together whenever they can.
