Brian T. Hardy, MD

A native to Danville, Virginia, Dr. Hardy graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor of science in biochemistry and master or business administration. He then returned to his home state for medical school, earning his medical degree from the University of Virginia.
Dr. Hardy completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He further enhanced his training by completing a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery under the direction of Dr. Paul Dell at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Hardy was named by his peers to the Texas Monthly Super Doctors Rising Stars list in 2013 and 2014 and the Texas Monthly Super Doctors list in 2017.
Dr. Hardy is an active member of the teaching faculty of Dell Medical School's Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program where he is working to advance the field of musculoskeletal care and training in the next generation of physicians and surgeons. To learn more, please click here.
Dr. Hardy and his wife, Tara, have one son and three daughters. Outside of medicine, he enjoys golf, photography, movies, and Notre Dame football.
