Important Patient Notice from Dr. Borer
Dear Patients,
It is with a combination of excitement and trepidation that I announce that I will be leaving Texas Orthopedics and the Central Texas area effective March 31, 2024. I have been honored to be allowed to participate in the care of many wonderful patients during my 21 years of practice here in Austin. I have been blessed by being able to work with great doctors and staff in the office and in the hospital setting.
I am leaving you in the hands of a group of very dedicated physicians at Texas Orthopedics who are ready to continue to care for your musculoskeletal needs. If you choose to seek medical care from a physician outside of Texas Orthopedics, you can request your medical records at https://requestmanager.healthmark-group.com/register.
I have greatly valued our relationship and thank you for your loyalty and friendship over the years. Best wishes for your future health.
Sincerely,
Drake S. Borer, M.D.
