Chad Fontana, PA-C joined Dr. Bergin's practice at Texas Orthopedics in May 2000.  He received his BS in physician assistant studies from Louisiana State University Medical Center, Shreveport.  He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is board certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants.
